Webhooks

Listen to asynchronous events and transaction status updates.

Overview

Webhooks allow you to receive real-time notifications about events that happen in your suruleredatacom account. When an event occurs (like a successful transaction or a failed bill payment), we will make an HTTP POST request to a URL you provide.

Payload Format

Webhook payloads will contain the transaction status and relevant details directly in a flat JSON structure.

Retry Policy

Your server must respond with a 200 OK status code to acknowledge receipt of the webhook. If your server returns any other status code, or if the connection times out, we will retry delivering the webhook up to 5 times.

Retries are scheduled exponentially (e.g., 5 mins, 30 mins, 2 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours).
